Last week, our head delegate gave a workshop on negotiation, which consisted of a course based on the book "Never Split the Difference" written by a former FBI negotiator and professor in American universities. 🙋♂️
The students were able to learn very concrete techniques to better negotiate and were able to try to understand why one should never split the difference! 🙏
To add a bit of practice to this course, the students were also surprised by a practical improvisation activity which allowed this training to address several different skills. 🔧
Finally, together they tried to figure out what type of negotiators they were and how to negotiate with each type. 🤔
