Last week, our head delegate gave a workshop on negotiation, which consisted of a course based on the book "Never Split the Difference" written by a former FBI negotiator and professor in American universities. đââïž
The students were able to learn very concrete techniques to better negotiate and were able to try to understand why one should never split the difference! đ
To add a bit of practice to this course, the students were also surprised by a practical improvisation activity which allowed this training to address several different skills. đ§
Finally, together they tried to figure out what type of negotiators they were and how to negotiate with each type. đ€
